Getting healthy
Read the introduction to the manual Get back into shape and say if the sentences are true (T), false (F) or not given (NG).

The first step you should take towards having a healthy body may be the hardest, but it's a must. So, if you haven't done any proper exercise for a while, start doing it now. You have to know what the best exercise plan for you is, so it might be a good idea to get some proper advice. You also need to see the results to get the motivation you need, week by week, to challenge yourself further. Experts suggest about one hour of moderate or vigorous exercise a day. This can be walking, cycling, dancing or team or individual sports. Make a promise to yourself: for any plan to be effective, you have to follow your exercise strategy, eat a healthy diet, and get enough sleep. You should keep your goals clearly in mind. Everyone can benefit from it! The reward will be that you will feel healthier and more energetic. And the more you exercise, the more exercise your body will be able to handle. Good muscle tone is what makes you look healthier. And exercise doesn't just make your body fitter – it can help your self-esteem too.
A: Before starting an exercising programme, it may help to get advice from an expert.
B: Your efforts will give results after a few weeks.
C: Team sports are the best type of exercise.
D: Exercising should be coupled with a healthy diet.
E: Not everybody gains advantage from doing physical exercise.
F: The more you exercise, the more you feel you can exercise.
