Reading: Food and drink
Read the text and decide if the sentences are true or false.

Having a full breakfast is the perfect way to start the day! Take your time every morning to sit down at the table and have something good and healthy to eat. You can choose cereals with milk, or toast with butter, but don't exaggerate with the butter as you don't want to eat too much fat. Another important rule is to drink at least one litre of water a day and avoid fizzy drinks which are very sweet and contain lots of sugar. When you have a snack, avoid junk food, such as chocolate bars or crisps. An apple or a banana is the perfect snack. One more thing: don't forget to have at least three portions of vegetables every day. Green vegetables are full of essential vitamins. Dairy products contain calcium for your bones: have a yoghurt as a dessert instead of a piece of cake. Don't drink too much coffee or tea and get lots of exercise.
A: It's a good idea to have breakfast standing up.
B: It's a healthy habit to eat some cereals or bread, but little butter.
C: Having at least one litre of any drink a day is good and healthy.
D: If you feel hungry during the day, you can have some fruit.
E: Green vegetables have a lot of vitamins.
F: Vitamins are essential for your bones.
G: It's a bad idea to drink too much coffee or tea.
