Read the text and choose the correct answer.

Hi, I'm Jack. My alarm wakes me up at 6.45 a.m. and I get up. My sister has a shower first, then me. My mum is in the kitchen where she makes breakfast. I get dressed quickly and go downstairs with my backpack ready for school. We have milk and toast for breakfast, and pancakes on Sundays. I walk to school when the weather's fine and have lunch in the school canteen. The food's OK and quite cheap. When I come back from school, I like watching TV in the afternoon. It's relaxing. My favourite programme is about music and it's on at 3 o'clock. I also play the drums and play in a band on Saturday afternoons. After the programme, I go out if the weather is fine. I like football and I meet my friends in the nearby park where we play football together. When I get home I must still study for the next day. I help my mum with the dinner and then I finish my homework and fall asleep with my headphones on.
