Read and say if the statements are true (T) or false (F).

GOOD EATING
Having a full breakfast is the best way to start the day! So take your time every morning to sit down at the table and have something good and healthy to eat. You can choose between cereals with milk or toast with butter and jam, but do not exaggerate with the butter as you don't want to eat too much fat. Another important rule is to drink at least one litre of water a day and avoid fizzy drinks, which are very sweet and contain lots of sugar. Even when you have a snack, avoid junk food, such as chocolate bars or crisps. An apple or a banana can do you a lot of good. One more thing: do not forget to have at least three portions of vegetables every day. Green vegetables are full of essential vitamins. Dairy products contain calcium for your bones, so have a yoghurt as a dessert instead of a piece of cake. Do not drink too much coffee or tea and do lots of exercise.
A: A full breakfast is a good start.
B: At breakfast you can have a bowl of cereals with milk or orange juice with biscuits.
C: Having at least one litre of any drink a day is good and healthy.
D: If you feel hungry during the day, you can have some fruit.
E: Green vegetables have a lot of vitamins.
F: Vitamins are essential for your bones.
G: Avoid drinking too much coffee or tea.
