My life with spiders

Gordon King, from Liverpool, is trying to break the world record for staying in a room full of dangerous tarantulas. When I interviewed him, he didn't look worried at all. Lesson 10: Grammar review: direct and reported speech
Decide whether the following statements are true (V) or false (F).
A: 1. You use reported speech when we are saying what other people say, think or believe, usually with a reporting verb.
B: 2. When you are reporting things in the present, future or present perfect we don't change the tense.
C: 3. When you tell people what someone has said in the past, you just need to keep the tense in the past.
D: 4. When you are reporting something that was said in the past but that is still true you are obliged to make the tense "more in the past".
E: 5. When you are reporting what was said, you sometimes have to change other words in the sentence.
F: 6. You have to change the pronoun if we are reporting what someone else said.
G: 7. You have to change words referring to "here and now" or "here and there" if you are reporting what was said in a different place or time.
H: 8. If the reporting verb is in the past tense, you are not obliged to change the tenses in the reported speech.
I: 9. When you are reporting what someone asks you to do, in a polite way, simply use "ask me + to + infinitive".
J: 10. When you are reporting what someone tells you very directly to do, use "ask" instead of "tell".
