Reading – Breakfast food
Teens and breakfast food

Sally: English food is not famous for its quality but there are some excellent dishes and five-star restaurants. All towns have traditional cafés with typical cooked English breakfasts and tea or coffee. It's not my cup of tea and I prefer sweet coffee and yummy muffins.
Ricky: My friends have tea and biscuits for breakfast, but I like cereal with fresh fruit and milk or yoghurt. I usually drink fruit juice. I never drink coffee because it's too bitter and I don't like sour fruit like lemons.
Lukas: I always drink still water first and then I have some bread with creamy peanut butter. I usually have a little fruit, too, like a sweet banana or juicy apple. I take some savoury biscuits to have in the morning break at school.
Harriet: My go-to breakfast is savoury avocado on toast. I put butter on the bread first and then the avocado. Sometimes I drink milk or carrot juice, but I don't like tea or coffee.
