Complete the report Layla wrote on her work experience at the hospital lab with the correct active or passive form of the verb in brackets. Clue: the verbs in the passive are more than those in the active!

I can't believe my work experience at the hospital lab is over! I ________ (learn) so much this week. On Monday, I ________ (tell) by Dr Chen to assist with blood analysis. In this lab, safety rules must ________ (follow) at all times to prevent contamination.
